I am Edwin, most friends call me Edje, which could be translated as 'little/small Edwin'. I like social gatherings and travelling. I would like to greet and thank all the OUSSEPIANS, coordinaters, other staff in Handai and TU/e, host family and friends who made this year possible for me.

The most annoying thing in Japan?
1. I cannot manouvre trough the streets with my bike as fast as I want because; - To many traffic lights...., well, to many intersections where I really have to stop. - Modesty with the use of my bell (and voice) is a VALUE here!? 2. Trains don't drive in the night, which makes me order again at times when I normally go home wisely.......

That would be the place where they serve nomihodai warm sake, ooki sushi (torro), watch Japanese kids and sit in one those 25 Man massage chairs.

Which part of Tokyo did you find the most fascinating/fun/tanoshii/genki? Why?
Yoyogi park on a sunday afternoon Why? Because you get to see both extremes of the cultural spectrum. Beautiful women and kids worshipping at the Meiji Shrine AND lolita, gotic and elvis imitations in the park.


Which part of Osaka did you find the most fascinating/fun/tanoshii/genki? Why?
Probably the usual sushi restaurant.


Which part of Kyoto did you find the most fascinating/fun/tanoshii/genki? Why?
Kyo misu dera. Why? Because it gives you a glimpse of old Japan. Go on a quiet day.


Which part of Antonio did you find the most fascinating/fun/tanoshii/genki? Why?
The part of his character he showed me after drinking several cocktail buckets in The Sailing Club in Nha Trang, Vietnam. (Ask him for details!)

Where were you on the 10th of March [during springbreak]?
I think I spent that day biking trough Vientiane, capital of Laos, together with The Godfather of the OUSSEP family. Great city, great atmosphere, had a nice BBQ in the evening and enjoyed the delicious Beer Lao for 1dollar a pitcher.
